Canoco 5 supports symmetric co-correspondence analysis

Co-correspondence analysis (CoCA, symmetric form) is available, including Monte Carlo permutation testing.

Co-correspondence analysis (CocA) allows you to relate the composition of two types of biotic communities, sampled at the same set of locations. The above snapshot displays the results in the CoCA analysis notebook, both the dual ordination diagram (with plant and beetle communities) and the statistical summary, including Monte Carlo permutation test results.
